The Business Index helps companies listed on it to track and monitor their performance. Partners Group can assist companies in using this data to improve their performance.

Part of the Business Index on this website is to enable companies to be able to track, monitor their performance through the key performance indicator ratings provided by the company. It also enables companies to compare their performance against their competitors and offers some insight as to how companies might be able to improve their performance.

For companies that are still struggling to improve their performance despite having the ratings available to them, the Partners Group can step in and hold focus groups with members of the general public who have rated a business to find out more about why they have rated a business in a particular way offering more insight in to how a company can improve their performance.

To take things a step further, the Partners Group can hold workshops with senior management and employees about how that insight can be put to good use and lead to performance improvement.
